Software/System Quality Engineering

* Provide coaching and guidance to the project teams related to process and methods application
* Monitor compliance to the defined process and quality of work products
* Identify gaps and non-compliance, drive the definition of improvement actions and track implementation to closure
* Escalate in case of missed targets, major deviations, or risks which have not been mitigated
* Provide an oversight of engineering discipline reviews and support in object reviews
* Support development of project QA Plans
* Support Process Managers in tracking and improvement of quality metrics

VORAUSSETZUNGEN:

Required qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related engineering area
* 5-10 years of experience in embedded Software or System Engineering
* Working experience developing software or system requirements, sw/sys architecture, detailed design, code and sw/sys test specifications
* Experience with review methods
* Process and quality oriented
* Strong attention to details
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong critical thinking abilities
* Ability to easily understand the perspectives of others
* Ability to understand special project situations and determine the best solutions that satisfy both quality goals and project needs
* Ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision
* Fluent in English and local language

Preferred qualifications:
* Master degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related engineering area
* Knowledge of ASPICE and/or ISO 26262
* Strong familiarity with BU TR BPM2.x
* Experience with Project Management, Configuration Management, Change Management and/or Problem Resolution Management
