This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Software Support Engineer with in-depth experience of building, deploying and providing 24 x 7 support of live projects and solutions. You will also need a software development background and this is an exceptional career opportunity with one of Nottingham's fastest growing companies. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining deployed customer solutions and so a software development support background is essential. You will be responsible for ensuring optimum performance is achieve and all SLA's satisfied.

There are multiple vacancies available and the salary range reflects this. The key technical skills required are an understanding of any of the following software development languages including Oracle PL/SQL, or Jscript, VBScript, or XML. TIBCO or Informatica would be desirable.

The Role:- . you will provide primary support for internal and external customers.

. ensure all help desk issues are resolved or escalated where appropriate

. investigate internal issues at an application level

. manage and maintain all deployed solutions

. understanding software development life Cycle

. capacity and performance forcasting

. provide programming support for application integration, data migration, and reporting projects.

. execute data change requests and systems change requests for production systems.

A degree background would be preferred but is not essential. You will also have experience and interest in programming.
