Projektbeschreibung

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Acts as the primary contact for the Company-Software provider relationship and is responsible for cultivating, advancing and leveraging aspects of the Microsoft relationship.
- Ensuring a high level of business & technical alignment between the company and multiple software providers including Microsoft's technology products.
- Ensure successful delivery of quality, service, performance and value to the US restaurant system including life cycle management.

Drives both product and program alignment efforts to maintain and support existing and new business across the company's development, engineering, HW/SW certification and procurement. - Develops a high-level of understanding relevant to the company's distributed software providers including Microsoft's product platform and the company's key technology areas
- Provides extensive knowledge of Microsoft organization, product roadmaps, strategy, direction and value proposition for each of the groups represented
- Minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking
- Establish partnership success criteria and regularly report progress and results
- Assist in the formulation of long-term strategy and facilitates collaboration between the company and Microsoft teams to ensure communication on platforms, roadmaps and development efforts.
- Proposes actions to improve product deployment, EOL transitioning, positioning alignments or to mitigate misalignments
- Communicates across functions and all levels of management within the company and coordinates the activities of the overall Microsoft strategy and deployment.
- Work with Microsoft Certified partners on channel distribution
- Maintains interface with the company's Legal Department in order to conform with contract structure and supports the protection of intellectual property
- Work with Compliance Team to track licenses and ensure license accountability
- Manages the maintenance of records and databases containing information regarding licenses, and warranties
- Collaborates with the company's tax department to conform with regulations and efficient, effective distribution model
- Recommends optimal executive pairings. Helps coordinate executive meetings. Coordinates executive business, technical and strategy review meetings. Provides executive briefings to the company as needed
- Effectively leverage the alliance to drive business solutions on Microsoft platform resulting in mutual business growth and outstanding partner satisfaction
- Work with Microsoft to evaluate and negotiate joint development opportunities to support the company's strategic technology solutions
- Works on related projects, and/or assignments as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Demonstrated success as an organizational leader
- Aptitude for strategic planning
- Established track record for driving successful alliance relationships.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
- Must have the ability to communicate with all levels of an enterprise partner including C-level.
- Must have the ability to represent the company's in-depth positioning on server, desktop, POS and application virtualization strategies to counterparts at all levels.
- Must be able to listen for opportunities as well as potential relationship issues and address them effectively.
- Must have excellent written skills in the form (especially) of email, but must also understand the importance and effectiveness of picking up the phone or meeting someone face-to-face. It also requires exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
- Proficient knowledge and skills covering MS platform, technology, and products, and understanding of how these can drive the company's initiative.
- 10+ years of computing industry experience with previous experience in managing executive level business partnerships with large customers, global delivery partners, system or business integrators, solution providers.
- Exposure and experience in Global Account Management and customer-facing functions, influencing key decision-makers, strategic thinking, organizational agility, strong written and oral communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required {c}
