SOFTWARE SOURCER

Software Sourcer. Leading sourcing projects for software products and services supporting the PBWM & Shared Services division of an international bank in Zurich.

YOUR TASKS:

- Developing, negotiating, executing and managing contracts for software products and services that incorporate business requirements, delivering substantial cost savings and improving service levels
- Evaluating and reviewing existing product and service arrangements and recommending alternative and innovative strategies for improved efficiencies and cost savings
- Identifying and translating operational requirements into systems management metrics, SLA's and contractual terms and conditions
- Introducing innovative sourcing ideas to the business, eg identifying potential sourcing synergies between companies, Real Time benchmarking, knowledge sharing of best practices

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- 5 + years of work experience in strategic sourcing and vendor management with minimum of 2 years focusing on Software
- Proven track record in leading and negotiating large (multi-million/year) complex agreements
- Excellent contract negotiation skills: both in-person and in writing with strong knowledge of IT/software products
- Excellent contract negotiation skills: both in-person and in writing
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
