Software Security Analyst w/HP Fortify

For a short term project of approximately three months at our client, an international banking company in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

SOFTWARE SECURITY ANALYST W/HP FORTIFY (3592)

In this position, you will be responsible for liaising with application owners and development teams. When required, you will also escalate with risk remediation managers and report progress to the designated Service Manager. This is an exciting short term role with a team of highly skilled technical experts. Work has to be performed on site in Zurich starting March, latest April.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- Application security and analysis of software security vulnerabilities
- Source code review and auditing
- Use of automated scanning tools (HP Fortify)
- Good knowledge of Java or .NET programming languages
- Know-how in C, C++, Javascript, SQL (Oracle or Sybase)
- Use of other automated scanning tools (IBM AppScan, Qualys, etc)
- Penetration testing

YOUR ROLE:

- Support the Application Security Framework operating model and processes
- Support on-boarding of in-scope applications of ASF
- Provide support on technical issues with the Fortify tool
- Validate the scan results with the development teams
- Perform security reviews of applications at development and QA stage of SDLC
- Help identifying and removing "False Positive" security vulnerabilities
- Provide advice for development teams remediating identified security vulnerabilities
