Job description
- Establish and maintain the software requirements specification for the assigned project in close cooperation with the customer
- Ensure all specification elements are available to the team
- Put in place the traceability from specification towards Design and Validation
- Software requirements Engineering (recording and maintenance of SW requirements as a basis for the development of product SW for driver information systems, body controller or hybrid systems
- Coordination and control of the delivery of SW requirements packages

Qualifications
- Degree in communications engineering, information technology, electrical engineering, physics or similar
- TU, FH, BA, Bachelor, Master or similar
- Expert or Master in the SW requirement development for embedded or automotive systems
- Experience with the SW process requirements of vehicle manufacturers are advantageous
- Basic knowledge of quality systems for automotive applications like CMMI, SPICE, IEC61508 and ISO TS16949 are advantageous
- Work experience with the SW tool-chain for:
Requirements management (DOORS advantageous, but not a prerequisite)
Change management according SW requirements
SW design
- Very good communication skills
- Fluent business German and English for German locations
- Commitment, flexibility and communication skill to support a multinational development
