Software Quality Analyst Job

SOFTWARE QUALITY ANALYST needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in St. Petersburg, FL.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- A healthcare background in Quality Assurance is preferred
- Must be able to get a Public Trust Clearance

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer you will be responsible for developing and executing software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes.
- Additional responsibilities of the Software Quality Assurance Engineer include:
- Creating preparation, and implementation of systems quality assurance reviews and the development and execution of test plans and test scripts
- Interacting with users to share information and clarify instructions
- Creating basic to moderately complex test plans using templates and guidelines, working with more experienced analysts to assist in test strategy development
- Creating basic test cases and test scripts, performing simple to moderately complex test data conditioning, regression testing and testing validation
- Logging, tracking, and verifying resolution of specification defects
- Documenting all phases of the Systems QA process

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High school diploma
- Four to six (4 - 6) years minimum applicable experience
