IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Create high level software project plan
-Create and prioritise maintain product backlog (Epics, Stories)
-Convey vision, goals to Scrum team
-Planning and development of resources
-Manage external/internal change request
-Interface with customer (OEM, program teams) as well as coordination and surface with costumer
-Responsibility of success of project and costumer representation
-Feedback to program team and software readiness
-Lead software quote of the program (technical/effort estimation/negotiation)
-Organisation and facilitation of workshops
-Synchronisation between sub-products, maximise reuse
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Profound experience in the automotive industry in the field of software development
-Experience in leadership of engineering, Scrum experience and awareness
-Solid German and English language skills
-Work experience in the field of embedded software and driver information and/or infotainment products
