For our Life Science client in Basel, we are seeking a Procurement Specialist
Start Date: 28th March 2016
End Date: 30th September 2016 (+ extensions)
Language: English, German is a plus
Location: Basel
Your Role:
Supporting software procurement and related services.
1) Preparing and leading tenders, requirements gathering, supplier selection, contract development
2) Review and redline licence and maintenance agreements
3) Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to optimise software procurement
4) Ensure compliance to procurement policies and processes
Your Experience:
5+ years in procurement
3+ years software procurement
Reading/redlining software contracts
Knowledge of common licensing models and associates contractual structures
Stakeholder management across functions and seniority
CIPS certification (or other)
