Software Procurement Manager

For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Basel, Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:

Main tasks:

- Support the procurement of software and related services. Primary responsibilities include:
- Preparing and leading tenders, including requirements gathering, supplier selection and contract development
- Reviewing and redlining license & maintenance agreements
- Working collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to optimize the procurement of software
- Ensuring compliance to relevant procurement policies and processes

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience procurement, with at least 3+ years in the software category
- Experience with reading/redlining software contracts
- Knowledge of common licensing models and associated contractual structures
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across functions and seniority
- CIPS certification, or similar, preferred (nice to have)

STARTING DATE: 28.03.2016
DURATION: 6 MONTHS (WITH OPTIONAL EXTENSION)
LOCATION: BASEL
