Software Integration Team Leader (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Work with the architecture team
-Define the integration patterns, promote the architecture recommendation, manage the knowledge transfer, implement and maintain the integration components along the complete lifecycle of the software and middleware used to run the new global and enterprise-wide Information System to be delivered by the program
-Work very closely with offshore Product Scrum teams and offshore Operational Teams, especially Architects, Product owners, Developers, Engineers, other IT Specialists at a global scale
-Understand a) business and application requirements plus the non-functional requirements such as availability, performance, supportability and maintainability, and b) existing components available on the market and within MSC, to provide guidance in a proactive manner to the Products teams
-Architect integration policies and solutions
-Work closely with the development teams and existing system providers to provide and design integration patterns
-Manage knowledge transfer with development and operation teams for integration technologies
-Problem isolation and resolution, with expectation that continuous improvement and enhancements are implemented
-Work with external 3rd parties to integrate the technologies, enforce security concepts in integration flows
-Perform and coordinate development and operation across a multi-regions environment

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Knowledge of Axway API management (or equiv.)
-Experience in software development (Object Oriented and SOA)
-Experience in development with .net, java, python, groovy, shell
-Experience in implementation of SOA concepts with API/Web services
-Experience in integration with JSON, Restful API, SOAP WS, EDI
-Experience in implementation of Message and Event architecture
-Experience in implementation of Security concepts (Cert, OAuth…)
-Experience in the maritime shipping industry
-Experience in project planning and estimating
-Know-how regarding Spark, Storm or equivalent technologies
