THE ROLE
We require a Software Functional Analyst with 3 years' experience for our client in Barcelona. After a period of familiarisation to acquire a working knowledge of customer applications, the analyst will provide support to business users, participate in service improvement tasks, generate and publish user documentation publishing.
Residence in Barcelona highly desirable.
SKILLS
3 years' experience in tasks of functional support to users or as a functional analyst.
Excellent knowledge of English
Service Orientation
Excellent organizational skills and troubleshooting
Office skills (MS Office, Adobe Professional, Outlook 2010, etc)
OTHER SKILLS, desirable:
User-level knowledge of Sharepoint
Knowledge of Web Master tools, Sharepoint, HTML, CSS, web design
LANGUAGES
English: 1 of the framework CEF (Common European Framework)
