For our client, a global company we are looking for a Software Engineer with IAM experience (f/m) on a freelance basis.

Tasks:
- Incident & Problem tickets
- Troubleshooting
- Proactive Maintenance
- Development
- Work in the area of Identity- & Access management with a special focus on Application for "External Identity-& Access Management called XIM.
- Steer and co-ordinate all activities around Incident- and Problem Management for that application, including analysis and resolution of the tickets, communication to various stakeholder and external partners as well as steps to resolve the incident or problem by him or herself.
- Performing pro-active maintenance on application, database and OS Level e.g. checking log files, consumption, data integrity In scope is also the consulting and co-ordination In case of Enhancements requests and new demands, as well as the implementation of these.
- Enhancing the documentation and aligning that with the required stake holder
