Software Engineer (VBA)

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a SOFTWARE ENGINEER (VBA) to join our client in San Diego, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop VBA code for Excel, Access and Word 2003 to 2010 conversion.
- Database experience in MS SQL, MS Excel VBA and MS Access.
- Convert ADO to DAO.
- Develop MS Access front ends applications linked to Oracle databases.
- Knowledge of productivity applications such as Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science is preferred.
- Experience of actively participating in a team environment, whilst demonstrating the capability to work independently.
- Customer facing and customer focused.
- Owns problems and sees them through to satisfaction.
- Ability to work and deliver to deadlines.
- Advanced level of understanding in MS Excel and VBA programming.
