Software Engineer/Programmer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a PROGRAMMER/ANALYST to join our client in San Francisco, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Under general direction formulates and defines system scope and objectives. Able to solve complex problems and devises or modifies procedures to solve problems
- Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and maintaining those programs. Prepares detailed specs which will be used to program
- Participates in all levels of the systems development life cycle (SDLC)
- Responsible for directing other team members and may act as a project coordinator.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related engineering field/information technology
- Has experience with state of the art application development support software packages and proficiency in at least 2 higher level programming languages. Billing systems experience preferred.
- Expert Level experience with C# and ASP.NET. Deep experience developing triggers, stored procedures, and advanced data development skills with Oracle 11g (PL/SQL). Must have worked with Oracle on UNIX with some UNIX Shell Scriptingvisit our website to learn both about our company and about our leading workforce solutions
