ENDEAVOUR RECRUITMENT has a fantastic opportunity for a software engineer to work with our World-leading telecommunications client in the vibrant city of Dublin.

Our Telecommunications client is seeking a hands-on experienced Software Developer/Engineer with excellent problem solving abilities and who is excited by real challenges in leading edge Server Side development.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SOFTWARE ENGINEER:

- Guiding software development of research projects, working with external clients and internal engineers
- Rapid development and design on JAVA based Server Side software to prove the concept of prototypes
- Supporting the implementation of semantic decision making algorithms

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OF THE SOFTWARE ENGINEER:

- At least 5+ years' experience in software development
- Server Side development
- JAVA
- Web UI
- RESTful
- GUI
- Linux
- Multi-Threading
- XML
