Software Engineer (m/w) .NET 3.5

 

AUFGABENGEBIET:

- Primary tasks: Functional enhancements and bug fixing for web applications
- Single Point of Contact for the SDM and for the customers demand manager for the a specific client applications
- Need to understand customers' requirements, derive functional designs and needs to plan and coordinate the developments with the Indian back office
- Doing this he needs to create and verify efforts estimations, act as mentor for the Indian developers and support the customer's demand manager in meetings with the business units for discussing and planning the scope of the next software version
- Team size: 7 persons, mostly located in Ruhr region / India
- Travel activities will occur from time to time

ANFORDERUNGEN:

- Expert skills: jQuery, JSON, HTML, XML, XSL,
- Strong skills: ASP, Silverlight, Adobe Flex
- Knowledge: ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, deployment process web applications
- Well-developed soft skills with problem solving, service orientation, pushing successfully targets within multicultural teams, reporting skills, setting priorities and developing work arounds
- Strong team player and leader in intercultural background (Experience with leading / coordinating Indian teams is strongly beneficial)
- Language skills: German (fluent in spoken and written), Englisch (fluent in spoken and written)
