Software Engineer Job

SOFTWARE ENGINEER - TEST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Beaverton, OR.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Test Engineer will be responsible for developing test solutions for board and system products.
- Test Engineer will develop software for the testing of these products on various HW and SW platforms including platforms in Windows OS, Chrome OS, Linux, etc.
- Test Engineer will work in a cross-functional team environment developing total test solutions for a product and will provide input into software architectures, hardware designs, electrical designs, and process flow.
- Test Engineer will also be required to lead as necessary in the development of parts of a test process (SW, HW), or the overall test process

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related subject matter
- MUST have three (3+) recent, professional experience working with Team City or continuous integration
- MUST have recent experience with Mercurial or GIT Python development and object-oriented programming.
- Ability to read schematics and use Cadence Allegro software to correlate schematic to physical board components.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- HW debugging skills Knowledge of manufacturing test methods
- Test equipment experience using test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, wireless and RF test equipment, etc.
