For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a

Software Engineer Java

Your responsibilities:
- Provide technical and business expertise to the team and wider programme
- Understand business requirements, analyse and design pragmatic and effective solutions on strategic architecture and enable the wider team to deliver solutions through to production.
- Responsible for development of the core Order Management System Middleware, external system connectivity, ancillary services and related automation components

Required Skills: - Advanced OOP in Java, UNIX(Linux), Relational DBs
- Highly experienced in developing Front Office trading applications
- Various libraries and tools: Tomcat, MQ, JMS, Hibernate, JAX, XML, SOAP, Apache Libraries and Commons, Utils, NIO, Java 1.5 and 1.6 Xtras, Concurrency API's
- Investment Banking knowledge
- Fluency in English

- SQL and Stored Procedures
- UML
- SWIFT & FIX
