Software Engineer III Job

SOFTWARE ENGINEER II needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Palm Bay, FL.

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:
- B.S. in C.S. or MIS.
- C#, OOD skills.
- SQL experience.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Full-cycle development of in-house, web-based applications/interfaces to support Manufacturing and Asset Management.
- Design, develop, enhance and unit test new applications.
- Application architecture and design.
- Develop .NET applications using Visual Studio 2008-2012.
- Development of T-SQL stored procedures, triggers, table creation, views and tuning.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BS/MS Computer Science/MIS.
- Five (5+) experience in full cycle applications development using OO language and RDBMS.
- Good understanding of OO architecture.
- Five (5 +) years of experience with .NET (C# required).
- Two (2+) years of SQL database experience (SQL and T-SQL on SQL Server 2008/2012 preferred).
- Two (2+) years of ASP.NET experience.
- Ability to learn new technologies and execute tasks with minimal guidance.
- Ability to be very detail oriented and interact with a wide range of individuals; ability to handle a heavy workload including the ability to multitask.
- Good mathematics skills and technical writing.

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with QNX operating system, Networking, Software Communications Architecture, software-defined radio, RF hardware or Digital Signal Processing is strongly preferred.
- Two (2+) years of Entity Framework (or comparable ORM) experience.
- Two (2+) years of XSLT Transforms.
- Experience with Automated Unit Tests via MS Test Framework?
- Experience with supporting and integrating with COTS products.
- Experience with Web Service development.
- One (1+) years of experience with test-driven development.
