Software Engineer II (C# .NET Developer) - 6-12 Month Contract - North

Our client located in North Canton, OH is currently hiring multiple Software Engineers for a 6-12 month contract. 

As a Software Engineer II you will be responsible for developing both functional and technical designs from detailed requirements utilizing your knowledge of the programs and products.Some essential functions of this position include:

- Creating designs and programs
- Provide internal and external support, evaluating and researching tools and products that could be used in current and future development
- Application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications
- Design, develop, document, analyze, create, test or modify computer systems or programs, including prototypes, based on and related to user or system design specifications
- Document, test, create or modify computer programs related to the design of software or hardware for computer operating systems

Experience and skills that will be especially useful include:

- .NET and C# development
- XML technologies, especially XSLT and XML Schema
- HTML and Javascript
- Hardware Control
- Event driven programming
- Multi-Threaded programming
- Embedded systems experience
- SCM tools (the Rational toolset is a bonus) we want engineers that value a disciplined professional process.
