IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Port and optimize ARM64 Linux data center stack
-Prototype and benchmark Cloud, HPC and Big Data use cases on a research-stage ARM64 server
-Port, integrate and optimize software components at all levels of a co-designed system software stack
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Profound experience with programming system level software on Linux or other UNIX-like environments in C/C++, Linux bring-up on a new platform is a plus
-Know-how regarding data centre setup (stack, networking, orchestration, applications)
-Experience with debugging and profiling tool chains
-Knowledge of virtualization technologies (KVM, QEMU) and related networking (e.g. DPDK, vSwitch, VirtIO) is a plus
-Experience with multiple CPU-architectures (e.g. X86, ARM64) is a plus
-Fluency in English
