Software Engineer - EDA Job

SOFTWARE (SW) DEVELOPER ~ DESIGN AUTOMATION needed for a LONG TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Chandler, AZ.

THE BIG PICTURE: TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Synopsys ICC and Cadence EDI
- Scripting Languages

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Design Automation SW Engineer will focus on productivity improving automation and environment development.
- Design Automation SW Engineer will develop test cases Synopsys and Cadence reference flows.
- Design Automation SW engineer will also be responsible for TCL development for regression automation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BS in EE, CS, MIS or related subject matter.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in working with EDA data such as SPICE netlists, CAD layout, design simulations or verification,
- Must have experience programming with Scripting languages in a Linux/Unix environment

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Understanding of building design flows
