Software Engineer - Driver Development

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a SOFTWARE DEVELOPER - DRIVER to join our client in Chandler, AZ.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Software Development Engineer will be primarily focused on software development in C++ and/or Java for laptops, desktops and tablets.
- Designing, developing/coding, and debugging Windows and/or Linux device drivers
- Reviewing and providing strong feedback on product software architecture specifications and design specifications
- Software Development Engineer will also develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education, judgment, and formal software process

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have minimum of the following:
- Five (5) plus years of experience in Windows WDM device driver development experience
- Five (5) plus years of experience in C/C++ and Object Oriented coding skills
- Five (5) plus years of experience in Software Development Life Cycles (SDL) or Agile or Waterfall
- Experience in Linux/Android based Kernel development
- Excellent programming skills

Preferred Job Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
- Debug and development experience with Windows Kernel debuggers and/or Windows application debuggers
- Android driver and Kernel-level development
- Knowledge of Windows, OS and driver internals
- Windows application software programming experience
- Java experience
- HTTPS protocol experience
- Network transport protocol experience
- SDK and API definition and implementation
