Software Engineer- C# / Java Principal

1. A track record of delivering reliable components, features, and products on time.
2. Multithreaded programming experience is preferred.
3. Five years experience in C# programming is required or one year of C# experience with 10 years of experience in C++. An understanding of object oriented design in software systems is required.
4. Tools: Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio. NET, version control and defect tracking systems
5. Self-starter, hands-on, direct & clear communicator. Good people, motivational skills are a necessity. Must posses a broad technical & application knowledge base.
Required Experience
1. Minimum of 10 years of software design, implementation & testing.
2. Experience must include the specification, design, documentation, coding, testing & release to manufacturing of commercial software.
