Software Engineer needed with strong C#.Net development for real-time, embedded and server-side applications.
Key Skills, Experience, Duties:
* C#.net and Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010 design and coding for server-side applications.
* Developing module design specifications in accordance with the detailed functional design requirements.
* Real-time (RTOS) / embedded software development experience.
* Writing communications interfaces, Modicon, Modbus, TCP/IP sockets, Siemens S5/S7 PLCs.
* Oracle and SQL Server backend databases.
* UML, Agile methodologies.
* Develop software in accordance with approved module design specifications.
* Design and implementation of server-side applications.
* Writing, testing and de-bugging server-based code.
* Providing regular and accurate progress reports to Project Manager.
* Working to defined software design standards, methods and processes.
* Configuration control for all developed software modules.
* Writing module tests and performing module testing.
* Handover of completed software modules to integration test team.
* Experience of C/C++ design and coding would be advantageous.
