Software Engineer Am/fm Tuner Essex £38-42k

I am currently extensively recruiting for one of my key clients who are based in Essex. They are a Fortune 500 award winning global company and growing massively. I am looking for a Software Enginner with AM/FM Tuner experience. This position is based in Essex Role: Software requirements analysis, design, implementation, test and releasing activities as part of a global software development team that provide embedded software for automotive audio / infotainment applications. Skills: Software or Electronics focused degree or equivalent experience. Experience in software engineering for embedded software development Knowledge of 'C' programming, compilers, linkers and debugging techniques Software engineering lifecycles and software quality assurance. Must be a proficient user of configuration management tools and operating practices Nice to have: Automotive engineering CMM, CMMi, Spice, 15504 or similar software engineering Good understanding of microprocessors, real-time operating systems and communication protocols in automotiveindustry. Audio / Radio domain knowledge Tuner/Software control Knowledge of Linux would be advantageous
