My client is looking for a Software Engineer with experience in C# and .NET and Java/J2EE on a contract basis.
POSITION: Software Engineer
DURATION: 6 months (will extend)
LOCATION: Antwerp
START: Immediate
Skills and experience needed:
* Experience in the following: .NET 4+, C#, C ++, Java/J2EE
* Must be able to develop high quality solutions in existing applications
* Previous experience working to an Agile (SCRUM) environment
* Fluent in English. Knowledge of French and Dutch would be very helpful
Day to day responsibilities:
* Work with domain experts and requirements engineers in order to manage software specifications
* Be able to design different parts on the application and work in conjunction with both software engineers and software architects.
* Maintain an up to date knowledge of current and evolving technologies.
* Provide Technical and Functional analysis and be able to provide solutions when required.
* Implementation and testing (Including smoke testing on developed software)
* Training and Support of Applications.
