We are looking for a Senior Low Power/Wideband PA Specialist to our Engineering competence centre in Stockholm, to take on the challenge to design and validate PA component in III/V Compound Semiconductors process (such as GaAs/GaN,etc),which would be applied in small-cell low power products Watt-Level and 1GHz Bandwidth
We expect this specialist could also follow and analyze the new innovation technology developed in low power RF PA industry and propose new innovation ideas in wideband filter design and application.
The work will be done in very close cooperation with our system design teams in Sweden and wih an office in the Far East
Essential Skills required (as many from list below):
We expect the candidate to have more than 10 years experiences of Low power (Watt-Level) and wideband (1GHz Band width )RF PA component design and validate, familiar to the key technologies of wideband deign in GaAs/GaN Process.
Successful experience in design and manufacturing with main foundry process (such as Triquint,Win,UMS),familiar with the features of different foundry. Good knowledge in RF package design and verification.
Deep understanding of the engineering technology of RF III/V Compound Semiconductors process (Such as wafer/package manufacturing process, quality requirement and cost analysis).
Familiar with RF low power/wideband PA industry and with capability of analysis to propose innovation ideas about the RF low power/wideband PA technology plan.
The candidate can of course communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. We require at least a Bachelors level and most likely a Master or PhD in Electrical engineering or equivalent background.
We expect that the candidate might have several international publications at conferences. We also believe that good experience of communication and coordinate during different partners such as universities, foundry and package factory is a natural part of this person's competence.
