For our banking client in Zürich we are looking for a

Software Engineer .NET

Job description:

Skills:
- Solid education in computer science (bachelor/master's degree)
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle, architecture, and integration
- Strong .NET development skills
- Knowledge of data connectivity/integration technologies (FTP, Web Services, etc.)
- Experience with SQL and relational database management systems (Microsoft SQL Server/Oracle)
- Windows Scripting skills
- Solid understanding of structured and repeatable technical application testing processes
- Initiative and following-through; getting things done
- Ability to work under pressure and ability to understand and debug others people's code
- Ability to keep things simple, patience and creativity, conflict management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral), German language skills a plus
- Experience in support or operational role

Optional and Beneficial:
- Experience with legal and compliance related technologies (anti-money laundering, fraud detection or brokerage compliance area)
- Exposure to Unix environment and Shell Scripting
- Knowledge of Credit Suisse application platforms and frameworks (JAP/JSF, DWH, DAP) a significant advantage.
- Ability to keep things simple, patience and creativity, conflict management skills
