Software Engineer

For this contract position with a world renowned computer components company, we need a Developer with Senior Level experience to provide technical and project management support to sponsor during the deployment of server infrastructure for a field trial. The project involves trialing a service in China and US using new gesture recognition technology for generating animated avatars of user face via their mobile phone.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate system integration efforts, triage server issues and initiate remediation process.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Experience in JBoss Application Server development
- Rabbit MQ message queue experience
- Web API service integration using RESTful APIs
- Amazon Web Services deployment experience
- Project management skills

NICE TO HAVE:

- H.264 video encoding experience
- Web portal development experience
