Software Engineer

Global Satellite company are looking for a Software Engineer to work in thier Southampton site. This role will be a 12 month contract and you must hold current SC Clearance. For this role you will need experience with Full Lifecycle Software Developement, C#, UML, .NET and Win Forms.

Essential:
+ Full lifecycle PC software development - Software requirements analysis, architecture and design, construction,
+ unit test, integration and qualification. To include participation in engineering reviews, production of
+ requirements, design and build documentation and software estimation.
+ Development in C# language on Windows platform using .NET 2.0 and Win Forms.
+ Object Oriented analysis and design using UML notation.
+ Developing unit tests with automated test tool suites.
+ Using configuration management systems.

Desirable:
+ Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 and above.
+ Developing unit tests with NUnit test tool suite.
+ Development of installation applications using InstallShield.
+ Experience using virtualisation software such as VMware Workstation.
+ Experience using Serena Dimensions 9 or later.
