Software Development Services Improvement Project Manager - Switzerlan

Our client is looking for a project manager with experience of implementing process and service improvement plans to manage new service quality initiatives.

Working with software development teams, you will be responsible for a number of small projects which could last several days to several weeks to support code improvements, quality, dashboards and reporting or governance. Working to tight schedules, you will be able to understand and manage functional specifications to produce the service improvement initiatives and communicate to internal customers.

You will not be responsible for the delivery of individual development projects, quality assurance implementation or quality standards, but will need to understand these areas to deliver these improvements to the teams. Therefore an understanding of SCRUM, LEAN, Six Sigma and Waterfall would be useful. Projects will be based around SAP and Microsoft technologies so an understanding of those technologies would be a clear advantage.

Consultants who understand service improvement plans and quality of service delivery will best succeed in this role. Scrum Masters or Software Development leaders are not expected.
