The successful Development Manager will have experience of managing a small team of Developers within a software-focused environment. My clients product is very successful within the Manufacturing sector.
Skills / experience needed:
Leading C#.NET projects.
SQL Server 2005/088
Full Development Life-Cycle (requirement gathering through to completion)
Interacting with clients.
Agile Methodologies (ideally leading scrums)
Test Driven Development (TDD)
Knowledge of Manufacturing and/or ERP systems
The successful .Net Development Manager will join a progressive company who invest heavily in their software and staff.
