Software Development Manager

I am currently working for a forward thinking and growing company based near Halifax who are looking to recruit a new Software Development Manager to lead a team of innovative .Net Developers within a fast paced environment. My client is a market leader in their industry and the success of their software really drives the business forward.

The successful Development Manager will have experience of managing a multi-disciplined IT Team (Developers, analysts and support)working for a company that specialises in providing leading software solutions for a number of high profile clients.

Skills / experience needed:

Leading C#.NET with ASP.NET Projects

Experience of WCF, Entity Framework, BizTalk

Full Development Life-Cycle (requirement gathering through to completion)

Reporting to Director / Board-level

A strong understanding of Business needs

Knowledge of Software Architecture & Design
