Software Development Engineer-Test/.net/C#/Cloud/Azure/IPTV

We are currently recruiting for a Software Development Engineer with a Test focus, to work for a large mobile telecoms client, with the role to be based in Dublin.

Our client is looking to expand a new area of their business, which involves IPTV and Internet TV solutions, so an engineer that comes from this background and has experience of Cloud and Azure platforms, would be ideal.

Suitable candidates will have excellent Object Oriented Design and software development skills and experience of working closely with other developers and Program Managers to develop strategies, tools and test code, to test the product and constantly improve product and testing quality.

As a Software Development Engineer you will be required to understand and have working abilities with the following areas:

* Experience developing applications using Web and .NET technologies, including:
- JSON-based service development using REST/.NET Web API
- Experience with Unit Testing and MSTest
- Familiarity with Windows Azure Compute/Storage/Fabric technologies
- JScript, JQuery, NodeJS and Backbone
- MongoDB
- XML-based service development using MVC and/or WCF

* Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium
* Ability to configure and deploy production environments using Windows and IIS
* Automated deployment using MSBuild/Nant
