SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER CHANDLER, AZ CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

Our very high-visibility client is seeking Application Developers to support the IoT (Internet of Things) Gateway platform with multiple product lines. This role is to integrate a partners Java development framework into Wind River Linux and Intelligent Device Platform development kits and extend partners Java development framework to expose IOT Gateway platform features.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
- 10+ years' experience in platform/software development required
- Experience with Linux required; Embedded Linux (WR Linux, Yocto) a plus
- Java and C development experience on Linux platforms required
- Python, Lua, and/or PHP development experience desirable
- C and C++ experience
- Linux Driver Development a plus
- Configuration, management, maintenance of various Linux operating systems in an Enterprise environment
- Understanding of software stack from FW/BIOS, bootloader, OS, driver, Middleware to application
- Familiarity with Linux platform security (platform, data, network) and McAfee products
- Familiarity with Manageability (remote device manageability, infrastructure)
