We are looking for Senior Software Development Engineers who are excited about the unique challenges and opportunities in this space and be able to apply creative thinking and design skills to deliver innovative solutions to improve customer experience and optimize transportation cost. The candidate must be able to look at the big picture from both business and technology perspective. Enjoy working on creative algorithms, problem solving, building large scale systems and who thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment. S/He will work on designing and building high quality systems using service oriented architecture that can scale and perform well to meet the business goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
- 5+ years experience in building successful production software systems Programming skills in Java, C++
- Object-Oriented Design and Programming
- Strong CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms)
- Perl, SQL and experience with Unix environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience building highly scalable, high availability services
- Ideal candidates will have excellent troubleshooting skills, with an enthusiastic attitude to support and resolve customer problems
- Self-starter, quick learner and passionate about problem solving
