For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
SOFTWARE DEVELOPER - VBA/ORACLE & FUNDS EXPERIENCE (3305)
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- MINIMUM EXPERIENCE - 5 YEARS SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE WITH DEEP VBA (VISUAL BASIC FOR APPLICATIONS), MICROSOFT ACCESS AND ORACLE SKILLS - WHICH MUST BE PROVEN THROUGH PREVIOUS WORK ENGAGEMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Database design and conceptual experience
- Understanding of Oracle and Acces
- Software design, build and test experience
- Preferably a computer science or related degree
- Independent, attentive to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines under high pressure, with the ability to multitask due to monitoring and addressing multiple issues concurrently.
- Fluent in English, German would be an asset
THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
- Replatform of a core existing Microsoft Access application Back End from Access DB to Oracle
- Enhancements to our existing suite of Access VBA/Oracle applications.
