Software Developer - Test

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a SOFTWARE DEVELOPER - TEST to join our client in Portland, OR.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Software Engineer will be charged with development of test cases and test plans
- Software Engineer will be responsible for Automation of tests and White/Black Box testing
- Software Engineer will develop and execute the tests that validate the product specifications document the test results and interact with the developers to ensure a quality product.
- Software Engineer duties will also including: Running test cases on regular basis, reporting bugs and follow up with team members on closure.
- Analyzing HW/SW requirements, identifying potential problems early in the product life cycle and ensure product quality issues are resolved in a timely fashion.

Job Qualifications (Must be on Resume):
- BS/CS with three to five (3-5) years as a Software Engineer
- MINIMUM TWO (2) PLUS YEARS PROFESSIONAL SOFTWARE VALIDATION EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency and skill with developing automation framework, scripts and White Box tests
- Experience in Python, Perl and Shell Scripts.
- Experience in builds and makefiles needed
- Experience using code versioning systems, handling code repositories and bugs database are mandatory

Preferred Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
- Prior experience in Android is preferred
- Programming experience in C/C++ is preferred
- Prior experience on mobile platforms is preferred
- Experience using git based versioning systems are preferred
