- Development and maintenance of VCD/eVCD pattern cyclization tools
- Development of tools for test pattern development for standard and proprietary test interfaces
- Development of test program generator for automatic test equipment (ATE)
- SW documentation and User Manuals (FrameMaker)
- User Support
- Expertise in OO design and development
- Excellent skills in C/C++ programming and scripting languages (perl,C-Shell Skripting csh)
- Experience in GUI development, preferably with Qt toolkit
- Familiar with Unix/Linux and Windows SW development environments
- Basic understanding of the problem domain advantageous:
- Design-for-Test, Test pattern and Test program development flow
Knowledge in syntax and semantics of data exchange formats for EDA (VCD/eVCD, Verilog, VHDL) and Test Engineering (STIL, IEEE1450)
