The qualifications include:
* 3 years of C# .NET development experience
* Knowledge of Microsoft programming technologies (i.e web-services, threading, sockets, .com, and .net reporting)
* experience using .Net platform, the C# language, and Crystal Reports
* Must have WinForms development skills
* Web Services development skills
* Strong communication skills
In addition, experience with technical documentation, a background with report writing, FoxPro development and Windows service development are desireable skills but not a requirement.
