SOFTWARE DEVELOPER AND TEST ENGINEER
Our client is looking for a Software Developer and Test Engineer to work in conjunction with the software and validation teams.
The Software Developer and Test Engineer will be involved in the design and development of applications to automate testing of the company software.
You will also be involved in the test strategy and will participate in the test campaign as a tester.
Using your expertise in application development, you will be involved in the maintenance of tools which are part of the product's portfolio.
The Software Developer and Test Engineer will work closely with other teams or team members such as project managers, hardware R&D engineers as well as sales and marketing professionals.
You will be part of the software and system validation team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
" Participate in the definition of test strategy and test campaigns for our client's hardware and software products and tools
" Use your knowledge of the product and test strategy to design and develop applications to automatize testing
" Implement and review unit and scenario testing
" Maintain test tools
" Implement test data set
" Use your experience in tool development to maintain tools that are part of the company's product portfolio
QUALIFICATIONS
" Master's degree/civil engineer in computer/mathematics/electronics
" Proven experience in software testing
" Proven experience in tool development
" Fluent in English
" Previous similar professional experience in an agile software development environment is an asset
