Software Developer

For one of the main banking institutions in Zürich, we are looking for a Microsoft Access Developer.

Main responsibilities:

- Elaborate specific requirements by gathering the input from business
- Design and implement a solution that supports the business process
- Make sure that the produced code is secure, readable, stable and operational before handover to business as an end-user application
- Development of an MS Access application for Business Risk Management (prototype already in place) in close cooperation with users and in agile style

Main requirements:

- (5 years+) MS ACCESS 2010 developer skills in all areas (MS Access User Interface/Business Logic VBA/Data base modelling)
- Good understanding of relational database
- Knowledge of Office 2010 automation (eg Word templates, Excel )
- Good documentation skills (requirements/specification and technical system description)
- Some knowledge of Share Point and the possibilities to integrate Access into it (Workflow)
- Ability to have close interaction directly with the business
- Fluent German and English
