Software Developer

CONTRACT/FREELANCE OPPORTUNITY: Software Developer JavaScript, C# .NET South Holland Province Initial 3-6 month contract Competitive daily rate (Dependent on experience)

Your main challenge in this role is to develop a Web application that will be used in our production environment. This tool will be used throughout the company internally on a global scale. In this project you will have room to bring your own ideas and solution to the table, be creative, and take ownership of the development.

Proven experience with:
- Extensive JavaScript experience
- Experience with Web application development (AngularJS 2)
- Experience with stylesheets, HTML5/CSS3, JSON/XML
- A good understanding of Object Oriented concepts and design patterns
- C# .NET development experience
- Create a technical and functional design
- Visual Studio and TFS build or similar products
- Affinity with physics and mathematics
- Experience working with physical measurement devices is a pre.
- Experience with Agile/scrum way of working
- Experience with Test Data Driven approach (MS-Test/NUnit), Entity Framework and NuGet

- Good communicator, can easily approach people and explain technical issue to non-developers.
- Proactive, takes initiative and responsibility
- Thinking in solutions
- Eager to learn and apply new things
- Ability to plan and keep track on own activities
- Minimum HBO working level
- You like to work in an international multi-cultural environment
- Quality driven
- Team player (teams are in the Netherlands and India)
- Education in Physics and/or chemistry is an advantage
- Fluent in spoken and written English
