Software Developer

In order to strengthen the team and prepare for expansion of both the product and geographies, we are
looking for a dynamic and forward thinking software developer.

Your role is very diverse, and no day will ever be the same, your primary tasks/deliverables will be:
Working together with a cross-functional team on user stories in order to come up with working concepts
Writing Functional Test-Cases to make sure that you are not only righting working code but also the
correct feature
Developing our REST API
Driving our migration towards a Micro-Service Architecture
Work on continuous delivery of new user stories from idea to operating it in production

For this position
Very strong skills in Java development
Strong knowledge about HTTP, REST and JSON are crucial
Experienced in developing REST APIs
Experienced with NoSQL databases, knowledge about MongoDB is of advantage
Good skills in Linux
Basic understanding of Docker
Basic understanding of Micro-Services Architecture
Experience in Behaviour driven development is of advantage
Experience with Cucumber Testing is of advantage
Experience with Jenkins is of advantage
Experience with Sonar is of advantage
Experience with RabitMQ or other Messaging Engines of advantage
A Bachelor degree or higher in computer science or similar studies
Willing to do new things and open to change
Challenging others and yourself
Fluent in English
