SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

We are looking to find a responsible and open minded candidate who adds value to our client's IT team. Our client is an international Swiss Bank.

The Project develops a GRAILS/Groovy based application to support profiling of change the bank projects and to foster the engagement process on project and product levels. The project affects our client's IT and is a global application. It has a tight link into a document management system based on Sharepoint. The Project follows the SCRUM methodology.

For this Project we need 2 external software developers with the following profile:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

- Develop and maintain in house application.

QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:

- Strong skills of modern WEB TECHNOLOGIES (HTML, JAVASCRIPT, CSS)
- KNOCKOUTJS EXPERIENCE
- Broad skills of JAVA OR C# AND GROOVY
- In depth knowledge around modern MVC FRAMEWORKS (LIKE GRAILS)
- Strong skills of Databases (SQL) AND OF ORM MAPPERS (HIBERNATE)
- Experience with Sharpoint customizations and interfaces
- Good understanding of the SOLUTION DELIVERY PROCESS (business analysis, requirements engineering, development, testing, deployment, methodologies like SCRUM).
- Strong experience with development on large scale applications and activities like stabilization, refactoring and testing
- Sound experience using DEVOPS SYSTEMS LIKE ATLASSIAN JIRA, CONFLUENCE, SVN, JENKINS
- Bachelor or Master degree in Informatics or similar experience/education
- Experience in working within global and large organizations
- Experience in working with remote and agile teams
- Very good stakeholder management
-VERY GOOD ENGLISH AND GERMAN ABILITIES (oral and written)
