Software Developer

IN SCOPE ACTIVITIES:

Domino 8.5.2 Software Build and Support

- Develop and maintain Domino 8.5.2 applications using Lotusscript and/or Javascript Xscript web services
- Provide program development and maintenance support using Lotus Notes databases and SQL databases
- Integrate changes made on Domino
- Create and update documentation on all Domino applications
- Provide L1-L3 support
- Cross-train other resources as necessary
- Implement Domino Software upgrades and patches
- Current and new applications, as determined by the IT Business Manager
- Diagnose and resolve issues with Legal department integrations on WebMethods and Oracle Fusion in conjunction with their respective support teams
- Act as an escalation and focal point for urgent, high impact issues that affect revenue or generate risk, work with vendor partners to generate RCA
- Provide Change Management oversight to ensure all system and application changes are consistent with Application Architecture
- Contribute to the larger projects in the role of senior technologist
- Independently lead the estimation effort for a project
- Participate in the development of conceptual and logical architectures
- Demonstrate expertise with a broad set of development tools/technologies
- Provide guidance when product selections are needed to assure sound integration
- Assist the Engagement/Project Managers conduct project risk identification and mitigation planning
- Independently interact at the Operations level in client organizations

SKILLS: 

- The candidate needs to be proficient in Domino's platform. Would prefer Degree qualified, however this is not a requirement.
- This person needs to be a self starter, proactive and be able to work individually without much guidance.
- The manager himself is not a developer so this person needs to be proficient with Domino Platform and have extensive developing skills.
