Software Developer

Brevco Services is currently looking for Software Developers to support a NATO project in La Spezia, Italy. NATO Secret Security Clearance Required or National Equivalent.

Software developer(s) to provide development and maintenance of software in one or more of the following areas:
algorithms,
artificial intelligence,
data analytics,
data catalogue integration,
data fusion,
data services,
Embedded Real Time processing,
network-enabled distributed processing, 

predictive models,
service oriented architecture,
scientific computing (MATLAB),
signal and image processing,
tactical decision aids,
web services

At least three years in the following areas:
- Strong knowledge of modern Object Oriented programming principles (Java, .NET, or similar);
- Knowledge of MATLAB;
- Knowledge and/or experience with web technologies (WCF, JavaScript, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC 4)
- Knowledge of databases and SQL;
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows Operating System;
- Good level of spoken and written English.

At least three years in the following areas:
- C++ programming knowledge;
- XML/XSLT/XPath programming knowledge;
- Knowledge of network programming;
- Knowledge of publish-and-subscribe Middleware frameworks (eg MOOS);

Security Clearance Required: NATO Secret

Laguage: English, but Italian would also be helpful.
