Software Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Developing applications for business needs, supporting existing applications.
- Software development and maintenance support.
- Design and develop software for remote access services.
- Write code and complete programming and documentation using programming language and technology.
- Perform testing and debugging of applications.
- Analyze, design, program, debug and modify software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, or Internet related computer programs.
- Review/approve proposed tech system designs in collaboration with team.
- Develop user friendly applications utilizing database query forms, setting up subscriptions for reporting as well as web hosting, and Windows/UNIX/Linux systems.
- Work with SQL Reporting Services, develop and improve existing reports.
- Provide maintenance support for internally developed applications.
- Translate business requirements into design/code.
- Handle multiple projects at once.
- Take the initiative and work with limited supervision.
- Work with employees from multiple departments on projects and documentation.
- Review problems and projects on a weekly basis with team members.

SKILLS

- (Required) BS degree in Computer Science or related field
- (Required 3 + years experience) ASP.NET with C
- (Required 3 + years experience) JQuery
- (Required 3 + years experience) UNIX OS and Scripting
- (Required 3 + years experience) Microsoft Operating System/Security
- (Required 2 + years experience) MS SQL (Stored procedures, table setup, views, etc...)
- (Desired) Basic understanding of GSM and CDMA technology, Database Administration.
